It provides positive isolation by incorporating two block valves and a bleed system in one body, ensuring safety, efficiency, and easy maintenance in critical applications.

Key Features:

  • Dual Isolation: Two seating surfaces provide secure shut-off on both sides of the valve.

  • Bleed Function: Allows safe venting, draining, or pressure relief between the two block valves.

  • Compact Design: Reduces space, weight, and potential leak paths compared to conventional multi-valve systems.

  • Durable Construction: Available in stainless steel, carbon steel, and special alloys for high-pressure service.

  • Versatile Options: Configurations available in ball, needle, or plug type with threaded, flanged, or welded ends.

A Cast Steel Valve is a valve made from cast steel, typically a carbon steel or low-alloy steel that is cast into shape rather than forged or fabricated. Cast steel provides high strength, durability, and resistance to high pressure and temperature, making these valves suitable for industrial applications such as oil & gas, power plants, and petrochemical industries.

Hammer Blind Valve

A Hammer Blind Valve is a type of valve used primarily for emergency or isolation purposes in piping systems. Unlike conventional valves, it does not have a flow-controlling disc or ball; instead, it functions as a removable or permanent blind (blocking device) that completely stops the flow when installed.

A 3-way manifold valve is a valve assembly with three ports, typically used with differential pressure transmitters to simplify isolation, equalization, and calibration of the instrument. It consists of two block valves (one for the high-pressure side and one for the low-pressure side) and an equalizing valve that connects the two sides. This design allows for safely disconnecting the instrument from the process, preventing damage from overpressure, and checking or setting the zero point without shutting down the system.

Pressure Regulating Valve

A Regulating Valve is a type of valve designed to control the flow rate, pressure, or level of a fluid within a piping system. Unlike a simple on/off valve, a regulating valve allows for precise modulation of fluid flow, ensuring that downstream process conditions (pressure, temperature, or flow rate) remain stable. These valves are widely used in industrial processes, HVAC systems, chemical plants, and water treatment facilities.

Pfa Lined Valve

A Lined Valve is a type of valve in which the internal flow passage is lined with a corrosion- and abrasion-resistant material (such as PTFE, rubber, or other polymers) to protect the valve body from chemical attack, erosion, or abrasive media. These valves are widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, pulp and paper, and industrial processing industries where the fluid is corrosive, abrasive, or contains solids.

Back Pressure Valve

A back pressure valve, also known as a back pressure regulator (BPR), is a type of control valve that maintains a desired pressure on the upstream side of the system. It operates by holding back a set amount of pressure against the natural flow of a fluid (gas, liquid, or mixed-phase). How a back pressure valve works
  1. Normally closed position: In its standard state, the valve is closed by the force of a spring pushing down on a diaphragm or piston.
  2. Pressure increase: Fluid enters the valve's inlet, and its pressure pushes upward on the diaphragm, working against the spring.
  3. Valve modulation: When the upstream pressure exceeds the preset force exerted by the spring, the diaphragm is pushed upward, causing the valve to open slightly.
  4. Maintaining pressure: The valve modulates its opening to release just enough fluid to the downstream side to bring the upstream pressure back down to the desired setpoint.
  5. Closing: If the upstream pressure drops below the setpoint, the spring force overcomes the fluid pressure, and the valve closes to restrict flow.

Aluminum Industrial Valve

An aluminum valve is a fluid control device made primarily from aluminum or its alloys. These valves are valued for their lightweight nature, corrosion resistance, and good strength-to-weight ratio, making them suitable for a variety of applications. They are used to regulate, direct, or stop the flow of fluids such as water, gases, and oil. Advantages
  • Lightweight: Aluminum's low density significantly reduces the overall weight of a system, which is critical for mobile, portable, automotive, and aerospace applications.
  • Corrosion resistance: Aluminum naturally forms a protective oxide layer that resists corrosion in many environments, especially against fresh water.
  • Good thermal conductivity: Aluminum's ability to efficiently transfer heat can be a benefit in systems where heat dissipation is important.
  • Non-magnetic properties: This makes aluminum valves suitable for use in environments with sensitive electronic equipment.

Pneumatic pinch valves have a very simple design with few moving parts; they are also cheap to manufacture. The pneumatic pinch valve is very well suited for operating in slurry systems or those with a large amount of suspended bodies within the flowing medium.

Bronze Ball Valve

A bronze ball valve is a flow control device made of a bronze alloy, often with tin, to ensure strength and corrosion resistance. These valves are commonly used in marine and industrial applications for controlling fluids like water, oil, and fuel due to their durability and reliability. They operate by a quarter-turn of a handle, which rotates a ball with a bore inside the valve to open or close the flow, offering quick and easy operation with minimal pressure loss in full-port designs.

Solenoid Pinch Valve

Request Callback

Get Latest Price

A solenoid pinch valve controls fluid flow by using an electromagnet to "pinch" a flexible, replaceable tube. This isolates the fluid inside the tubing, so it never touches the mechanical components of the valve, preventing contamination. This design is especially suited for handling sanitary, sterile, corrosive, or high-purity media. How it worksThe operation of a solenoid pinch valve is based on a simple electromechanical principle:
  1. Electromagnetic coil: An electrical current is sent through a solenoid coil inside the valve body.
  2. Plunger movement: The current generates a magnetic field that moves a metal plunger toward or away from the flexible tubing.
  3. Pinching mechanism: The movement of the plunger compresses the tubing between two elements, which either stops or releases the flow of fluid.
  4. Automatic reset: When the power is removed, a spring typically returns the plunger to its original, default position.

A Parallel Slide Blow-Off Valve (PSBOV) is a specialized type of gate valve designed for boiler blowdown and high-pressure steam service. It uses two parallel discs (slides) instead of a wedge gate, providing tight shut-off, smooth operation, and protection against wire-drawing and seat erosion caused by high-velocity fluids during blowdown.

Elbow Ball Valve

An Elbow Ball Valve consists of a ball with a central bore (hole) inside a valve body that’s shaped like an elbow (L-shape). When the valve handle is turned 90°, the ball rotates to either allow flow (when the bore aligns with the pipe) or block it (when the bore is perpendicular to the pipe). The elbow design means the valve also redirects flow at an angle, eliminating the need for a separate elbow pipe fitting.

A Nuclear Ball Valve is a specialized type of high-performance ball valve designed to meet the rigorous safety, reliability, and performance standards required in nuclear power plants and radiation-exposed systems. These valves are engineered to operate under extreme temperature, pressure, and radiation conditions, ensuring secure flow control of critical fluids such as coolant water, steam, and radioactive media.

Triple Duty Valve

A Triple Duty Valve (TDV) is a multi-functional valve used primarily in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) and pumping systems. As the name suggests, it performs three functions in one compact unit:

  1. Shut-off (isolation valve)

  2. Check (non-return valve)

  3. Balancing (flow control valve)

This design simplifies system layout, reduces installation space, and minimizes the number of components and leak points in a hydronic or chilled water system.
